“What kept me going was knowing there was going to be a finish line and I wanted to end well, or better than how I started. It was motivating to see other women in the group struggling and overcoming the same as me. It helped me to be intentional with my goals and to maintain discipline even though some days it was hard. As hard as it was some days to complete all four of the challenges, I told myself giving up was not an option. In 40 days, I have completed my vision plan, eliminated some of my favorite foods high in sugar, and through prayers and physical workout my health is getting back on track. It has been a wonderful experience! ”
